Also, have you tried shielded signal wire? Sorry if this has been hashed over somewhere else in the thread.

Well, you have just solved my problem. There is also some electronics for relay control,delay, and display. I disconected display power suply and poof.... All problems gone in just one move. All of those electronics is my design so probably I look over something.
