Once you have the symbols, then you can start adding the spice models into the schematic either by using the .inc command or put them into a text file, which can be linked to the symbol (the first method is usually good enough for most users).

No triode symbol in my library.
LTspiceXVII does have a built-in triode symbol. It is in the "Misc" folder. There are also tetrode and pentode symbols.
There are vacuum lamp models in my model collection.
