I don't know what the 1010F is, are you sure that that's the right part number?

The IRF1010EZ is a good PS FET and could have been original but they typically use a Fairchild FET like an FQP65N06.

The IRF1010 is typically a low voltage FET. It could not have been an output unless the rail voltage is well under 60v.

Someone else may have a more definitive answer.

The IRF3710 were commonly used but the new IRF3710 won't generally work. The IRF3710Z must be used. I don't know how much you know about this type of amp but the HIP4080 virtually always fails when the outputs fail.

Search the car audio forum for >> HIP4080 << and you'll see a lot of the problems and test procedures for this type of amp.
