can i connect the wire of the toroeid in serial to get more volt

i explaine:
in my toroeid i have this port:
16vac,7vac,16vac,7vac. thay are not connect inline.

can i make with that +-23vdc ???
if i connect in serial the 16 and 7 vac?
mybe better to do it after the diode bridge?

Yes, you can series connect secondaries to get the sum of the AC voltages.

But you must connect them correctly !

And

The current limit from the series winding is limited to the lowest rating of any single winding in that string.

No, not after the rectifier.
Series connect the secondaries.

Use a Mains Bulb Tester to power up every project.
