Looks like you would need a custom designed toroidal here. Unless you can find something suitable on eBay or similar.
You could try connecting two *identical* transformers, each with half of the required VA rating, in parallel to obtain the required VA but you will then need to house two transformers and you would need to check carefully that they are sharing the load evenly.
