Have been optimizing my new 3-way horn setup and as part of this I investigated the time alignment (tweeter/mid distance) by using the CLIO pulse measurement and it's amazing how sensitive pulse shape is altering the speaker unit offsett (millimeter!)
I would be interested to see the measurement results from others who went through this.

May be measurements with REW will be more usable?
It worked great with the pulse....seeing two pulses being merged to one
Yep!
But also, use the inverted tweeter test. You want the FR dip to be deep and broad, IMHO, to ensure best off-axis coherence.
As Bill Waslo often states, move off your measuring point and this beautiful phase alignment falls apart, so having a broad dip is how I handle it.
Of course, many here are more experienced than I am so I expect to get a lot of push back.
