Excuse my French. Has anyone tried to put potpourri in a ported speaker?
No, just little Styrofoam balls.

Yeah, nice place to live, however brand new suburbs are popping up nearby and the demographic is changing, perhaps for the worse.beautiful
Elsewise, it's 5 minutes walk or a short drive to be able to walk to in relatively virgin bushland.
Afaik the fresh air here is pretty much the cleanest on the planet, and at night the area is generally perfectly silent except for waves crashing on the local beach (1000m)...a wonderful blessing for the audio enthusiast.
Listening from afar to ocean wave sounds is interesting and instructive, 1/f sounds anybody ?.
My drive to/from work is 15 mins highway type minimal traffic journey and no stop lights.....what a pleasure.

Not as pristine where we live. Our area was built up in the late 1800's through the 1920's. Some spots have been kept beautiful some are a bit run down. Still lots of character. We are eight blocks from the coast. I work mostly from home my wife at the local university 10 minutes away. We like it.
