I'm pretty sure that Mighty Pa choose that another one because of possible longer pinout (pcb routing issues)

You are correct. You do not need the thermistor limiters

anyway - it's clever to make usual soft start even softer - replacing fixed resistors with slightly greater amount of NTC resistance

I've run into a small problem, but it could be salvageable. Is this order ok?

IEC->Fuse->CL-60 in series on Line->PCB Fuse (series on Line and Neutral)->across-the-line-cap->MOV->transformer primaries

Sorta backwards. Yet, is this safe and okay to proceed in this order?

Are you describing three fuses in series to protect the Primary circuit?

I have one on the Line right after the IEC and then the other ones later (see order above), one is in series with Line and the other in series with Neutral.

You don't need 3 fuses in the one circuit.
The one in or right next to the IEC socket is sufficient.
