That photo reminds me of the radar and computer gear that I worked on when I was in the US Navy. This photo seems a bit odd because all of our gear was enclosed inside of equipment racks for protection plus cooling and EMI/RFI.

we had some fun with gadgets , but more with some stone BQ and fish stue
