My ex-wife had the same misfortune......she's now married to one who is actually mental! We - Carol and I - have had to pick up the pieces of the daughter of HIS first marriage. Now in her early 40s and having been a real longlegs, she is at the third year of her Jungian training analysis, and hopes to become a practising shrink! To be truthful, she will be rather good.

Lasagne you can make in minutes....wine usually takes longer!

Ah, that's assuming the tomato/bechamel sauces are not prepped with naked feet in a barrel.

(me-made-lasagna is all fresh, takes a couple of hours from dough start to oven finish)
