passed technical check of bike , but couldn't mad in time to registration office
so , what's left to do is just paperwork to get plates and temporary papers (while plastic is made , in week or so) , where they don't need to see bike at all .....
I know that in most western countries every tech. change on bike need to be approved by some sort of authority,often being costly , for each tiny change.
well , that's not so strict in my neck of wood - guy just checked numbers , didn't even asked for lights and other blingilingi ...... while with cars they're all deadly serious
