At least there's less of it than MSG.
But a lot of salt, according to the label! 34% of daily advised is high.
But I can't locate ANY stock source that is significantly low in salt.

It's mixed japanese , chinese , and also some boiled vegetables and pasta .
I got myself 2 dishes of fried something , 3 or four salmon sushimi dishes with lots of wasabi sauce ,something more that I don't remember
The fact is that I'm not used to foreign food -meaning cooked outside our house or under supervision -
so when we went out of the restaurant and I stretched my body parts
I got an uncontrollable urge
