Can one use a pair of appropriate voltage rail SMPS on this?
Please read this thread before you choose the power supply for your amp .

I listened to 5 different power cords on the F6 this weekend. All sound good, some better than others. Some are DIY; some are commercial. All are a vast improvement over computer power cords.
I had been hoping to avoid that particular expense but now... Argh

Make your own and save, but you'll have to accept the outcome. That's why I chose to listen to several. To first be sure there was a difference and second to find a path to take. Either buy or DIY. Unfortunately, the $800 for 4ft cord sounded best to me. It's a bit of an esoteric design. Eminence
I don't think you need anything close to this to get good sound. I heard a very musical 14ga cable that's $50 Pangea Audio - AC-14 - Powercord-Audio Advisor. This cable is meant for front-end/source gear and, it doesn't have the dark backgrounds and music rising out of nowhere like the DCCA. The Pangea 9 would have been a better comparison. I heard it a few months ago, but don't remember the sound.
This is just an example of the spread I heard. There's more expensive out there.
I contacted Jensen. For a dozen pieces it's $31.95 each plus shipping approx. $1 each plus shipping to you = approx. $6 in USA by priority mail.
Other price breaks:
Approx. $30 ea 12-23 pieces
$28 ea 24-49 pieces
If there's enough interest I'll order them.
Hi Labjr
I am interested by 4 transformers. Thanks !
Have a nice day
Will be interesting to see if Jensen provide a further discount than their largest listed, for between 12 and 23 units, $31.95 each:
