Ground loop problem fixed.
My CG is a four channel poweramp with a surround pre-amp connected.
The humming was only there when I had all four RCA connected,
i.e. both front and surround channels. If I only had one pair connected (two channels) no hum at all!
This is how I wired to fix it, after many try's and combinations.

The green wires fixed it - must be a weak star ground on the amps-PCB.
And I guess this proves that you were right Carlos about ground problem from PSU.
