Being in the UK, it's the Toploader version I'm familiar with. Definitely a different song to Moondance, and as the posting says, never recorded by Van Morrison.

^ Definitely different than Moondance, but rumours abound that he also did a version of Dancing In The Moonlight. If he did, I've never seen it.
