It may be worth restating that the rules allow a maximum of two entries per person per theme, which must be spaced at least 24 hours apart.

That's my understanding as a relative newcomer. Feel free to correct me folks!

Yes, I remember from a previous discussion that there was some difficulty agreeing on which day it was! Hence my suggestion of 24 hours.

Basically, it's one contribution per day with a maximum of two contributions - unless the theme badly needs rescuing!
