Thanks Diyers

Now please no more a capella versions of well know songs :D
( too easy with googling) so we be now more ambitious & sophisticated

Autonomus Vocal Art Music is Welcome on this imaginary album.
Ancient or contemporary....
Kind regards :cheerful:

Whatever, you’re the only human in the hisory man, to imply sophisticated while using cheeze ball Pentatonix. bite me.

Edit to add: have ever even heard Leave It? Evidently not, they were doing a similar technique that your band did, before thEy were even born. Although they didn’t try to make a career out of it, as they already had one making music.

Hello Hyperfocal
Oh sorry not cheeze The Residents !
The best vocal album is a rich proposition of voices & styles: antique, folk, classic, jazz, pop, beat box, Avantgarde etc.

It's just a game for fun and next time You can fix the rules about 15 titles album.
If I play that mean acceptation of Your condition , not be harsh.
Cool to discover new & unknown beauty song

For title 11 please any link of vocal version without any instruments ?

11 - The Reel of Tulloch - Mrs. MacLeod of Rassay

Thanks

It’s track 33 of the Alan Lomax Collection: World Library of Folk and Primitive Music, Vol. 3 - Scotland. I have it digitally. I can send it to you if you like. It’s in my collection, so haven’t googled it.

Just cause you control the rules for this 15, doesn’t give you the right to be a jerk & remove something just cause you don’t care for it. Leave It meets the criteria as much as many on the list like Mercedes Benz or Don’t Worry, Be Happy. Or maybe you just have never heard this version of Leave It, as it’s NOT just an a cappella version of a song, but use their voices as instruments like the cheesy youtube gimmick band Pentatonix does.

Yes, that's right. Pardon me, please!
Though having been a great Yes fan in the 1970ies, when they were at their creative and Musical climax, I certainly lost interest in things they did from the 1980ies on. So I was in ignorance of this Leave It version.

Best regards!

Hi to all,
It's simple.
Each user has to copy and paste adding only one song to the album so in the end it's 15 songs, one per user, and each album has to have a different theme.
Whoever adds the last song of the album gets to say what the the theme for the next album will be and it starts all over again.

Thanks for the vocal music :note:
I need to clarify few elements of the perfect compilation.

Song 8 - by Greateful Dead have drums at the end for example and don't match pure human voice criteria.

What we do if Hyperfocal bring us two songs 4 and 12 now ?
Keep both or make choice to respect the rules of one song add only ?

"About a Girl" by Nirvana i don't find version without instruments so please any source link for validate this proposition ?

Hahaha lot's of emotions with this album.
Bravo and warm applause for great Diyers who participate in challenge :cheerful: :D
