Hi Gang, my regulated power supply uses a cold-cathode regulator. I would like to test this on the bench. Any suggestions as to how?

Don't go too far over 3.5mA or it could start to get interesting.
I use these as references in most of my supply designs. Generally consistent operating voltage to a couple of 2% and very little drift as long as you operate them at around 3mA.
You cannot effectively bypass one of these with more than about 0.047uF or relaxation oscillations will ensue.
