Taming hi B+ in Scott 222C

On the Scott 299, I used a Hammond 159R (6H @ 200mA) which is 2.63" high and just fits under the cover. B+ is 300V with 281V P-K for the triode connected 6P14P-EV tubes. The choke fits in the front of the chassis by the power transformer where two electrolytic can caps were originally placed. The 222 does not have two can caps, only a single, so you will have to find a different spot for the choke.
