Hello:
I have just "inherited" a Fried Model H subwoofer enclosure. Minus the KEF B200's SP1022 models. I am wondering if I can find suitable replacements for the SP 1022's and use the perfectly great condition Model H enclosure.

I've justhad private mail asking the same thing... i haven't had a chance to look, and Harry hasn't had much luck, but here is what needs doing: grab the B200 specs off my website, and then go trolling for drivers with similar Fs, Qts, and Vas (doesn't matter what size).

Hey everyone, meet Harry :)

Full specs here: http://p10hifi.net/planet10/TLS/drivers/images/B200_SP1022.gif

Fs 25Hz
Vas 134.5 l = 8200 in^3 = 4.75 ft^3
Qt 0.41

with an Fs that low & a Vas that large, i'm suspecting a 10" (or maybe even 12") is more likely to fir the bill. Remeber TLs tend to be pretty tolerant, so anything with Q 0.35-0.45 Fs 20-30, and a Vas as little 40 litres can probably get onto the short list.

Alernativily someone could model the line in MJK and throw a few drivers into it.

Hi all,

I want to built an active subwoofer base on a piece of KEF B200 -A1063 driver and 100w subwoofer amplifier with ajustable crossover from 40-150hz.
I wonder which designs deliver best result base on what i have, closed box, ported or others?
Please advice.

Thank you.
