Subs too big for bedroom

Hrm, it turns out I was just sitting at a null at those frequencies :clown:

Stuff 60Hz and above is loud close to the speakers and stuff below is loud far away from them

Actually, saying that, there's still a bit of a dip. Maybe stuffing will help the responce in these areas?

Another interesting thing I've noticed is that I can go impressively loud at 25Hz without a whole lot of cone movement, but at 20Hz the cone flaps all over the place! It's like the speaker is becoming 'unloaded' or something...

I’m too thinking about getting sub for my bedroom. I red somewhere what in small rooms bass is loading differently when in big rooms- you pressurizing room to get bass. You could plug the port to see if it going to help because room gain pretty big and turning sub to get flat respond below room gain frequencies should create bump.
