Are you aware that the STK4231 is designed for 8 Ohm loads? That means you need a 16 Ohm speaker, if you want to bridge two channels.
If you want 200 W into a 4 Ohm load, use two channels in parallel. If you want 200 W into an 8 Ohm load, bridge/parallel four channels or use the STK4050 or build a solid state amplifier or buy a PA amplifier, which will turn out cheaper.

In either case, find out, what the use of 200 W is, before you start.

Bridging works like with any other amplifier. There are several ways to do it. This is the simplest.
