SSE power transformer question

At most a 1.35% increase in voltage.

And at most a 1.35% increase in power dissipation. (tube = constant current load)

This also assumes that the different transformers have equivalent source resistance.

Solid state Will raise the B+.

Be careful you do not exceed the filter cap voltage rating or the current supply capability of the transformer. Tube rectifiers offer a free "soft start" function that SS diodes don't.
