It seems that such a thing is nowhere to be found. Google only returns sites that promises everything but delivers nothing - great big advertisements to sell stuff. Even the Toshiba site came up dry. It may be hidden there, but there's nothing on the page for the 2SK711.

Put the Id vs Vds chart from the datasheet on your lap, plug in a JFET of known parameters into the simulator and perform DC sweep. Change the parameters until you've got a set which resemble those in the datasheet. It only takes a couple minutes.
The standard SPICE model of the 2SK170 in my simulator (Multisim) seems to be for a "V-Grade" device so I adjusted the parameters until I get the Idss for the BL and GR varieties -- copy these down and use for your own device library. It's nice if you have a curve-tracer to check your work, but you can do the same analysis with a pair of power supplies and a DVM and graph in Excel.
