Intersting, I overlooked that particular driver....
how big of a gap is there between the radiating surfaces? I'm guessing an inch or so? Do you think the mounting flange could be modified to allow a more continuous line?
I just bought a DCX today so when I get it sometime next week I'll be more informed to guess where I'll cross over the mids. I'm thinking I will probably just use the DCX to dial in the XO points/slopes and then build some dedicated analog active filters for the finished project(depending on how much I like the sound of the DCX... I've heard different things about it's quality and only my ear will judge for me!).
94db@ 1w and 80watts RMS doesnt seem too bad... the $30 price tag doesnt seem bad either!
