Hey, i have a question for you guys. after trying out a diy firstwatt F5 (made for home audio) in my car i was disappointed very much. the sound level at ful gain was so low that i could hardly hear it. where do i search for problem? little more info on my car audio setup: the head unit is pioneer p88rs, mid range speakers -rs audio spl (91db), tweeters (some old scan speaks). there are no problems when i run the speakers off my car amps (audiosystem)
i think it about incompatibility of my h/u output and amp input impedances. if there's some guy who could tel what changes i have to make in this scheme http://www.tcaas.btinternet.co.uk/hiraga3fig1.gif in order to have no problem with sound level i would be very grateful
