Thanks for reply. I understood from other threads that part is obsolete and not for sale anymore. Seems that some are still left to be bought.
I will consider buying some original replacemetns. Pacific semiconductor has minimum order of 50 USD + shipment so the perfect solution would be a replacement that is readily available here in Estonia.
