12 will not fit in either the USPS Flat Rate Envelope or Video Box
so It would have to ship in a box. Shipping cost is:

Priority Mail with a 7-10 day delivery $38.75
Parcel Post delivery varies $23.67

and the 15,000Uf 63V caps are $2.99ea $35.88

I would prefer to ship USPS Parcel Post at $18.50
I can try and fit all in a Flat rate envelope however I have
had some dents happen during shipping and that will be $17.00
The Boxed one is a better way and least expensive to for sure
guarantee it arrives safely.
