Just an update. I was hoping the boards would have arrived yesterday but they lingered at the border longer than usual. I will almost certainly have them on Monday. I will assemble one as soon as possible on Monday and verify functionality. Thanks for being patient.

Thanks for letting me know.

As for my delivery of Wolverine, the courier did not follow the directions to go to the rear door of my house of delivery. As such he didn't see that my duties / taxes were paid and posted a COD at my front door. These WILL be dropped off tomorrow I was assured by the representative I just tore a strip off of over the phone. Sorry for the delay folks, these slow-downs are out of my control. Everyone's patience is appreciated.

The Wolverine IPS is in, finally. I will get one assembled and tested this evening.

Wolverine powered up just fine, set the CCS current and adjusted the offset without any difficulty. Tested into 8R dummy load through a SlewMaster Baby MOSFET OPS.

I think these came out nice. They could be built quite literally without a schematic if you wanted to do so. See the attached schematic.

The only thing that will need a little explanation is the use of the options. I placed SMD pads so a little dab of solder can be used as a jumper to set options 1 and 3, and for option 2 you either install the two components or not. These can be configured as either v1.2 or v1.3, builder takes his / her pick.

Option 1 is the LTP cascode reference source. Bridging pads 'A' and 'COM' is the default reference via Q3. Alternatively, bridging pads 'B' and 'COM' makes ground G2 the reference. Make sure only one solder bridge is placed.

Option 2 is the VAS current limiting (protection) option. If you want this option just install 'Q OPT 2' and 'R OPT 2'.

Option 3 is intended to assist with LTP CCS thermal compensation. Note that the appropriate value for R5's has to be installed when choosing wether or not to utilize this option. This is noted on the silk screen.

Just a note, unless someone changes their mind this basically speaks for all the remaining CFA-XH. If there is continued interest in this IPS I will order more, perhaps with some of the modifications discussed by ostripper and BV in the main thread a while back.

The lateral MOSFET 1P OPS is still being tweaked with an eye towards an even smaller footprint. I'd consider getting some if there is enough interest, but I'm not sure it really represents ostripper's vision for the SlewMaster. It might make a realistic option though. We'll see once development settles down.

I have some protection ideas, but I think it is Valery's design you might be thinking of. I have yet to put up a design of my own. I was thinking of a purely analog solution initially, but the Ardunio represents a pretty cool option.

Still working on getting caught up, OS put out quite a bit of stuff in a short time.
