Because of the additional costs (shipping overseas, taxes, duties etc.) and a principle of recycling while supporting other diyers. Okay?

It is well known there a occasionally some Daves old transformers available.

Let´s just admit that you have a point, too. I took the whole (friendly sentence) as a complement. There are other products I will be ordering from Dave directly in the future. Just haven´t finished the schematics just yet.
