I had a look at components (Farnell)
just summing all prices with minimum quantity ended at about 25 EUR
then comes taxes and shipping, etc

some resistors are in quantity of 50
some other in 10
and some just one
so needs adjusting according number of ordered boards

I have a question about the BOM: would 50V be enough for the caps C1-C5? Looking at the schematic I would not suspect any problems.

No problems with 50 V since you have only 15 volts.
