Thanks for the clarification....well, I was looking as well for a relief of current, so that not all of the 245mA goes through one GZ34, if I can do it like I have described it above: One will have the 80mA of the driver, the other the 165 ma of the power tubes...which gives me a bit more headroom to give both, the driver and power tubes more current as they can get now from one gz34 (limit at 250mA)

plus....no SS noise in the filter-chain...(and yes, I tried it against hexfreds etc. tube rules.)
