Hy
A big thanks for the possibility to ask these questions, I hope I am not annoying anyone by asking this, but I cant seem to find an answer on my own.
I am now triing to simulate the cone excurcion for some drivers and the results I get seem to be somewhat ridiculous
the driver is BMS 12c262
this is what I get when throwing the rms power at the driver that is 400 watts.
so this would be not exceeding xmax - 54w. I think this is insane for a PA coaxial driver.
What could be the error in all this, I might have misunderstood something, as I have not studied speaker construction nor enclosure construction, nor do I probably know all the nuances of this process that I am gooing throught
Thanks
