what about simple version ?

Or course you'll need to flesh out some details. The PSRR looks to be very risky with the simple version - unless you are using regulated supplies for the front end at least.
I have a pair of transformers somewhere, problem is they don't allow any real current as they're for small signals only. How can you modify your concept to keep dc out of the transformer.
