I decided that the B2 regulator was potentially fragile and probably unnecessary.

And it makes more sense to think of this as a 680v supply with a tap at 340v with some stuff hung off it.

And pete's driver boards have pretty adequate reserve capacity, so i don't need 470uf on the output of the B1 supply.

Got a good deal on 470uf 450v caps from allied. Excess inventory.
