Is there a question about the operation of the power supply? It appears to be producing rail voltage.

Just wondering if it appears the power supply is working correctly to rule that out as a problem since i have distorted output in this amp

Please restate the problem with the amp. I think there was some confusion previously. Didn't you say that it cleared up when you touched your finger across some of the components?
