I put the 1N4003 back into D16 and now I dont get any significant vDC across speaker terminals. Speakers connected and the amp seems fine. I'm kind of suspecting a bad solder/connection on one of the surface mount components at this point. I went ahead and tapped the pads of most of the components and I'll see how it works out.
