There is no easy way to calculate it - rigorous analysis requires that you know the secondary-referred leakage inductance of the trafo and treat it as an LC filter. Rule of thumb is 60% of the DC load current. It's the same ROT that dictates the amp rating of the trafo to be 1.6X the DC load for a cap input FWB. It's not really quite that high because RMS is higher than average, but it's a start.
