I suggest pulling the output fets and get the p.s. functioning correctly. Then place your rectifiers back in and verify you get proper gate signals before placing any output fets. If this amp is like the BD series you need to verify your gnd connection is right.
There is no need to put new output devices in before you know the signal is correct. This amp will power up without them.
RF amps have not changed much in design over the years from what I can tell. The same basic principle is there.
Break the amp into small sections when repairing. Get the supply working, then analog input, then output section.
