Is it possible to repair it alone and how?
I doubt that you can purchase a replacment diaphragm. The repair wouldn't be too difficult, but it is a delicate process due to the support that the tip goes into being glued to the top of the vent. The new one could be easily damaged. I wish that they would sell them separately. It may be possible to send it in for repair, but it would likely have to go back to the factory.
