I want to build a +-15V, 300mA power supply.
I think I will use a CLC filter after the bridge to get rid of line garbage, and some voltage reguator.
What values for the CLC do you recommend?
Is there anything better than 78xx reugators, in terms of produced noise and reguation?

Have a peek around at the Prodigy-Pro forums.
The Power Supplies meta-list is probably a good starting point:

you could use a filter calculator, such as this one
http://www.pronine.ca/butlf1.htm
to find the values for L and C. If you own or can borrow a copy of, "The Art of Electronics" there are tables and equations in the back of that book that can be used to design LC filters.
