Problem with power-on and off

But I come back to the problem.
Why is the DC offset there? What is wrong with the amplifier?
This is why I'm asking here :confused:
The only reason I could think of is that the IC is designed for car audio, so it probably means it is normally supplied by a battery, and I'm using a transformer and a bridge rectifier. From memory I think the filter cap is 3300 or 4700 uF. Does it make any sense?
