finally problem solved! the problem was that during tests, were mounted only 1 fet for bank (audio section) that cause slow rail discharge at power off, so the persistent presence of rail voltage causing the "bump".
Installing all fet's, the rail discharge faster, so the "bump" is not present at power off.
