I google search for matched mosfets has brought me to this forum.

Project 1: I want to rebuild the power section of an Ampeg SVP1600. It uses (5) IRFP9240R (5) IRfP240R MOSFETs per channel (2) . One side (Ch B) is not working and the level indicator flickers randomly. I'm shooting in the d.ark but would like to put new mosfets all around (qty. 10 each type)

project 2: Mackie M1400i (4) MJL2113 (4) MJL 2114 per channel (qty. 8 each type) with a similar problem; one channel out
Do you have matched sets for these amps?

Appx 850 International rectifier IRFP9240s are now matched up. I was down to less than 10 of my prior batch of Vishays.

Next matching session will be some Harris / Fairchild 240s and 9160s. There’s no rush yet because I have from my last matching session.

I think I may have a lot of Harris 9240’s that I bought that I’m going to match at some point, too. I think that was a smaller batch of ~100.

I also found another 100 9240’s next to some irfp150’s and SFP9610’s in the matching queue. Oops. I need to measure the 9240’s and add them into the previous batch.
