Don't forget bad electrolytic caps in that list. They are the weakest of all the components in any amp, And your amp is old enough to need them to be replaced. I would start with the power supply caps first, especially the little ones in the lower rails, they are usually beat up very bad by heat build up and change color from Grey to brown even.
I do it everyday to amps this age.
As for the SIP cards they develop bad solder connections and heed to be touched up possibly. Other than that they usually fail outright and crash the amp....Best of luck
