With no load yo will still get root2 times the unloaded RMS ac voltage. I suggest a run through the Duncanamps PSUDII, power suply design software for a good answer.
Choke input will start you with .9x rms value. the DCR fo the choke will drop this further, and so wil the 6X5. This assumes the load draws more that critical current through the choke.
