Why don't you have a look at the Aleph-30 wiki?
ERrr.., thanks, I needed that!
The IRFP044 is trending towards risky given the voltages involved. Assuming that I haven't slipped a cog, that's a 60V part. Running full-tilt-boogie, you're going to be approaching 40-45V on peaks.
Now that I've made my plea for sanity, and in the interests of full disclosure, I will confess that I am running an Aleph 3 with IRFP044s. So far I haven't popped anything, but then it's my tweeter amp, so there's just not a lot of voltage swing involved.
