Jay, I have a Geddon clone and a 45rpm pulley adaptor in my for sale box.
Anyone who tells you that a simple resistor/cap controller is as good as a Geddon simply hasn't measured the speed accuracy with the benefit of a high enough resolution FM demodulation of a recorded test tone.
