FWIW, in my recent transaction, they took $24 minus a few cents off a $600 transaction.
This amounted to 4%, but the PP site still says 2.9%. So, I am not sure the 3% on top is up to date assumption any more.

Please send your new address if you are planning to move June 1st. The resistors were ordered last week, and we will hopefully see them sometime later this month. It's going to take some time to match and sort 2000 resistors. It should be safe to say that they won't ship till after June 1st.
