Here is my favorite picture of wildlife that I took this summer in Metz, France at the lake outside the dormitory:
I got to see the little ones grow up (one disappeared halfway through the summer), and eventually fend for themselves. I walked by them everyday on the way to class.

I hope he lives.... hes so cute... he now has 2 holes in his skull, one on either side of his nose near his nostrils... through one you can see fragments of his skull.. through the other you can see... well, a hole.. I think its my responsibility to keep him and look after him now...
